Roo’s Beach are excited to bring you a new brand for 2020, which featured briefly last year in our AW19 collection and was received so well, it was a match made in heaven!
    
     
Offering something a little different to our range of denim from Levi’s, IVY Copenhagen is a new Danish brand that we found on one of our buying trips in London last Spring. The shapes are bang on trend yet completely wearable for any occasion, in shades of denim that are just dreamy, that we are sure our customers will fall in love with.
    
     
Born under the creative direction of CEO and founder Henriette Pieszak, who has more than 20 years of experience in fashion and design, her new brand IVY Copenhagen is targeted at a new generation of young consumers with a global outlook. Her aim being to merge design and cross-channel communication with quality and traditional craft.
    
 IVY Copenhagen are a great alternative to Levi’s, offering a slightly more tailored, smarter cut for the lady who sometimes likes to wear her jeans with a boot.  We’ve chosen accessible designs that hug the figure, lengthen the legs and give your look a real stand-out edge.
   
     
Roo – “My favourite has to be the Augusta Flare in the Central Park washed denim. They feel fabulous to wear, have a good amount of stretch so are really comfortable and just look at those flared legs! By introducing the flared shape, they offer something completely different, a great investment for anyone wanting to update their look.”       
    
    
Roo – “We were really impressed with how their denim stood up to being worn – it didn’t bag on the skinny styles that normally stretch over time. You can probably even go down a size for these to hug the body and be confident the shape won’t change over time. We believe IVY Copenhagen can re-ignite that lost love for skinny jeans.”
