Jam Jar Jess's Christmas Wish List
The Jam Jar is a stunning small cafe in the heart of Newquay, it's a firm locals hang out, run by the very beautiful and talented Jess Davis. Jess puts such passion and attention to detail into everything that she does and is a highly accomplished baker, known for using delicious ingredients which cater for every diet whether it's main stream or unusual. I had to stop myself eating her coconut flapjacks as they are possibly the most delicious I have tasted and her Saturday morning sausage rolls are legendary! She has just launched a new blog which is so exciting as she's sharing her recipes so now we can all have a go. Discover Jess's Jam Jar Cafe blog for yourself, and I promise you you'll be hooked!
Below is Jess's Christmas Wish List, understated, classic, beautiful and warm - just like her!
1 Penelope Chilvers Chestnut Wander Feria Suede Boots
I remember missing out on last seasons version of these, they would go with everything I own.
2. Cob Weave English Mustard Pure Wool Throw
Like my wardrobe my home has a pretty neutral colour pallet but this gorgeous blanket would fit in perfectly for snuggling next to the fire.
3. Miller Harris Rose Silence Eau de Parfum 50ml
I tried a sample of this in the Porth shop this the other day and I can get enough, if I don't get this for Christmas I'll be treating myself to it!
4. Rachel Jackson Gold Hexagon Outline Bangle
I don't wear a lot of jewellery but I'm obsessed with geometric shapes and love the simplicity of this bracelet.
5. Le Specs Caliente Black Sunglasses
If I was lucky enough to get some winter sun, these are what I'd want to be wearing.
6. Paddywax Black Coconut & Amber Soy Candle Tin
I always have candles on at home, especially in winter, and I love the smell of coconut, it makes me think of tropical holidays.
7. Levi’s Mile High Real Deal Super Skinny Black Jeans
Because you can literally never have too many pairs of black skinny jeans, and Levi's are the best.
8. American Vintage Mustard Vacaville Cardigan
I live in black most of the time but my favourite colour to wear is mustard and I love my grey version of this, so cosy.
9. Helen Moore Lynx Faux Fur Hot Water Bottle Cover
Whether in the cafe or at home on the sofa, I'm never far from a hot water bottle! This one would be a lovely upgrade.
