One Week On From Port Eliot Festival
Here we are, one week on from the glorious event that was Port Eliot Festival. Now that we’re over the sleepless party nights, lack of showers and surplus of G&Ts, we can finally give you the lowdown on how our weekend went.
With an eclectic mix of fashion, food and music we were excited to get down by the river with our 'Roo’s Bus' vintage caravan to see what weird and wonderful things the weekend had in store for us. Luckily the Cornish weather was on top form that weekend and we were able to spread the Roo’s Beach love to all sorts of people, from intrigued London-based fashionistas to a 9-year-old, die hard fan. As promised, we brought all the glitter with us, along with our much-loved SunnyLife Really Big inflatable flamingos, which went down a treat!
It wasn’t all work and no play though. We got to see some amazing people, including the hilarious Kernow King and the ever cheeky Dawn French, with a street style photography workshop with blogger Stylonylon being one of our particular highlights.
All in all, it was a truly inspiring weekend, full of imagination, colour and sparkle - which is what we’re all about! Thank you to everyone who took the time to come and visit us, hopefully, we’ll see you all again there next year!
