RETURNS (Online orders only)
We love all the products we sell, but if you find your order isn't quite right, don't worry, you can return it to us. Please note however, we do not accept returns of the following items:
• Nail varnish
There is a 'Returns' section on the reverse of your order form, which needs to be completed and accompany your returned items. Send your unwanted items back within 14 working days with proof of purchase, making sure they are unused and good as new, in their original packaging with all swing tags still attached to:

There is a return address sticky label on your order form that you can use, but you’ll need to pay the return postage fee. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for the return.
When we've received your goods your order will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5-10 working days.

IN STORE EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note on all full price purchases if returned within 14 days, in perfect condition with your till receipt. We do not offer an exchange against sale or discontinued items.
Credit notes are valid for six months from the date of issue.
We do not offer refunds in store.
IN STORE EXTENDED CHRISTMAS EXCHANGE POLICY
Unwanted gifts purchased in store may be returned up until 7 January 2018 in exchange for Store Credit.
We work hard to ensure we source and develop products of the highest standards, however sometimes the odd thing slips through the net.
If you find that your order is faulty or damaged in any way, just give us a call and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.
