RETURNS (Online orders only)

We love all the products we sell, but if you find your order isn't quite right – for whatever reason – don't worry, you can happily return it to us.

Just send your purchase back within 28 days of receipt of goods with proof of purchase, making sure it's unused and good as new in its original packaging with all tags still attached to:

Surfers
Alexandra Road
Porth, Newquay
Cornwall, TR7 3NB 

 

RETURNING ITEMS (online orders only)
There will be a returns form in with your goods, simply complete and include it when you post your goods back to us.

There is a return address label to use on your order receipt, but you’ll need to pay the postage costs. Once we've received your goods we'll refund your debit/credit card and email you to let you know.

Please note: We do not accept returns of nail varnishes or earrings.

IN STORE EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note on all full price purchases if returned within 14 days, in perfect condition with your till receipt. We do not offer an exchange against sale or discontinued items. 
Credit notes are valid for six months from the date of issue. 
We do not offer refunds in store. 

 

FAULTY GOODS
We work hard to ensure we source and develop products of the highest standards, however sometimes the odd thing slips through the net.

If you find that your order is faulty or damaged in any way, just give us a call and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.
