Delivery & Returns

UK Mainland Delivery (inc Northern Ireland):

 

Local Pick Up - Free - We aim to have your order ready the same day, you will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection. 

Standard Delivery - £4.50 - 3-5 working days. Free for orders over £100. Orders will be sent using a Tracked 48 Service. A signature will be required. 

Priority Delivery - £7.50 - Next working day if ordered before 3pm Mon-Thurs. Any orders placed on a weekend that have selected this delivery method will be processed as a Priority on the following Monday. A signature will be required. 

 

International Delivery 

Europe - £7.50 - approx. 6-7 working days.

U.S.A - £14.50 - approx. 10 working days.

Rest of the World - £20 - approx 10 working days.

All International Services are Tracked and Signed For. 

The charges are for delivery only, customers will be responsible for any import duties, charges and local taxes. 

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail and require a signature on receipt. Once shipped you will be sent your tracking number via email. From there you will be able to manage your delivery, see it’s estimated arrival date and arrange a re-delivery if necessary. 

 

Returns 

Items purchased in store are only eligible for exchange or credit note unless faulty. 

Items that have been purchased online but with ‘pick up in store’ selected at checkout need to be returned within 7 days. A full refund is eligible for these items. 

If you wish to return your online purchase for a full refund* head to our returns portal** and follow the prompts on the form. Once you have completed the form and your return has been accepted please package the items appropriately and send back to: Roo’s Beach, Alexandra Road, Porth, Newquay, TR7 3NB

Please note: 

-For non-sale items we require the items be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving them. 

-For sale items we require the items be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving them. 

-Any returns made outside of these time periods will not be refunded. 

-Please ensure all original tags and labels are attached, including the Roo’s Beach Returns Tag.

-The cost and safe return of items is your responsibility so we suggest you use a recorded delivery service. 

*We can not accept returns of the following items unless faulty: nail varnish, perfume, earrings and swimwear. 

**When completing the online returns portal please use the original email you ordered with and the order number provided upon receipt of purchase

 

Exchanges

For in store exchanges please return to the store within 14 days with your item in the same condition as it was purchased including the correct tags attached.. We are happy to either exchange for another item(s) or provide a credit note. 

If you need to exchange an item that you have ordered online please contact us at shop@roosbeach.co.uk / 01637873991 and we will assist you as best we can. 

If an exchange is available we will ship the item out to you free of charge. The return of the original item is still your responsibility. 

 

Faulty Goods 

We work hard to ensure we source and develop products of the highest standards, however sometimes the odd thing slips through the net.

If you find that your order is faulty or damaged in any way, just give us a call within 2 days of receiving your item and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.

All faulty items are eligible for a full refund.
