Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?

An order can not be cancelled once it has been placed. Please follow the returns process to receive a refund ensuring the unwanted items are returned within 14 working days or 7 working days for Sale items

Can I place a telephone order?

Yes! Just call us on 01637 873 991 between 10am and 5pm

Will an item come back in to stock?

The majority of our items are limited numbers, however we sometimes get items returned so keep an eye on the website to see if it comes back in to stock. 

Payment options available?

In store: Credit card, debit card, gift card or cash.

Online: Credit card, Debit card, Gift Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna or Paypal.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer 2 options for gift cards.  You choose the value from £10 - £500, and we can send out a pretty gift card by post, or if you're in a hurry we can send an e-Gift card which can be used immediately.

Where is my order? 

Delivery should take:

UK - 3 to 5 working days.

Europe - 5 to 7 working days

The rest of the world - 10 to 12 working days  

If your order has not reached you within the estimated delivery period, it could be for the following reasons:

• Royal Mail has experienced a delay
• Royal Mail has made a delivery attempt and has left you a calling card
• Your parcel has been left with a neighbour
• Your parcel has been left in a safe place that you have specified when you placed your order

If none of these apply or you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us

 

 

Returns

How do I Return My Order?

Online Orders:

To return an item(s) from this order, head to our ONLINE RETURNS PORTAL at:

Enter your order number and email address used.

The portal will allow you to process a return, assuming the item is eligible for return and it is being returned within a 14 day time period (or 7 days for sale / pick up in store items).

In-store Sales:

We can only offer an exchange or credit voucher in store. Just come into store with your item and proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns of nail varnish or earrings.

 How long do I have to return an item?

Within 14 days of receipt of goods with proof of purchase (7 days for sale items)

 Can I exchange an item?

We are happy to offer an exchange or credit note on all full price purchases if returned within 14 days, in perfect condition with your till receipt. We do not offer an exchange against sale or discontinued items.

 I haven't received my refund?

The refund should automatically appear in the same account your payment came from.  If it doesn't, give us a call and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.

 Faulty Goods: 

We work hard to ensure we source and develop products of the highest standards, however sometimes the odd thing slips through the net.  If you find that your order is faulty or damaged in any way, just give us a call and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.

Promo Codes:

Only one code can be used per order, this includes free delivery or a discount that you may have received. Promo codes and discounts cannot be applied after the order is placed.
