Frizmworks re-design a military classic. The Oscar parka is a big Winter hitter that boasts a whole host of useful and adjustable features. With a removable quilted liner and hood the parka is able to be worn in numerous styles. Drawstring fastening on the hood and waistband allows for tightening and loosening.
